Family in Detroit

Lunch at Ford’s Garage with my cousins, Allison and David Shay an Amy Downs.

Kevin and I stopped in Howell at the grandparents grave. William Tiffin and Helen Catherine Down’s. Also Uncle Mike and Aunt Gaye are buried there. Beautiful, peaceful setting under the trees on the edge of the lake.

We then went into Novi and met cousins for a fantastic lunch at Ford’s Garage. Billy couldn’t make it as he had a work retreat. He is opening another Ford’s Garage in two weeks in Utica, Mi.

So fun to see everyone and to hear that Aunt Gaye’s bookclub is still meeting!
