Allowing the car to swing from side to side! Really? Yup!
Thankfully, Kevin got us safely to the side of the highway. The car was still attached. The new heavy safety chains held!
I backed the car off the dolly and Kev put things back in place. He discovered there was a lock nut on the hitch above the ball that was loose. He tightened the nut and straightened the latch.
We got the car back on, I was very skeptical.
So in two days I have lost two pieces of black trim on the car. 😢 The car still works and we are safe.

Great pictures with family. Yikes with the dolly. Did Winnebago attach it incorrectly? Glad you caught it. That could have been really ugly for you and others around you. Looks like it banged against your RV for a bit. It’s a good thing it jammed itself up under the back. Glad all are safe. Carry on.
